I’m Rosie Hewat and nice to meet you here. I have over two decades of HR & People Operations experience, with over a decade spent in the Fintech Industry. As well as being a Board Advisor and NED to a few companies, I was the Chair of the Operations & Finance Committee of the Fintech Industry Risk Management Council for 18 months, from 2019 to 2020.
I am a respected Chartered Fellow of the CIPD but also hold qualifications in Payroll & Pensions Management from the CIPP (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) and have PRINCE 2 certification for Project Management.
I specialise in building, growing, scaling, leading, and advising within innovative, ambitious, and purpose-driven organisations like Kuda, Funding Circle, Neyber, Pockit and We Make Change, and I seem to excel in the strategic design, building, and implementation of compliant infrastructure, processes, and initiatives that facilitate high-performing, inclusive, engaged, and diverse people teams.
