I am a Partner at the venture capital firm Octopus Ventures, where I lead a £500m venture capital fund focused on high-growth software companies. My responsibilities include managing the team, overseeing new investment activity, and representing Octopus Ventures on various boards. My investment focus is Series A companies that have at least £1m+ in Annual Recurring Revenue and a UK presence.

Beyond my work at Octopus, I have a deep passion for entrepreneurship. I am a regular speaker at Saïd Business School, Oxford University, where I discuss early-stage investment and business strategy. In 2020, I earned an Executive MBA with distinction from the same institution.

I am also a strong advocate for social mobility and neurodiversity. In 2020, I was named Career Ready Mentor of the Year, and I frequently speak and write about dyslexic thinking.
